Nominations for the three committee positions are open until Friday, 3rd October 2025. Nominate who you wish to be the chairperson, secretary and treasurer by filling out and signing the form below and sending it either by post to 68 Parkes Avenue or emailed to info@belgravevillage.org:

On the day of the IGM, after the constitution is discussed and adopted, the committee members will be elected by majority vote.


The IGM Agenda is:

  1. Acting chairpersons’s (Andrei) opening remarks
  2. Discussion and adoption of Constitution and Rules
  3. Election of committee members and officers
  4. Determination of the annual subscription
  5. Service charges for year ended 2024
  6. Condition of buildings in Belgrave Village
  7. Proposals for submission to managing agents (GEM)
  8. Any other business.

The Form of Authority below needs to be filled in to become a member of the RA. You can choose to do so at the IGM or have it completed beforehand and sent by post to 68 Parkes Avenue or emailed to info@belgravevillage.org:


The proposed Constitution is below. The text in red is subject to discussion and amendment at the IGM. The body of the constitution follows the FPRA’s (Federation of Private Residents’ Associations) guidelines and there is a danger that if significantly amended the managing agent or the First-tier Tribunal will not accept it for the purpose of formal recognition.
