The Form of Authority below needs to be filled in to become a member of the RA. You can either download the form and print it yourself or get a copy from Concierge in Block B. After you fill it in either
- email a scan of the form to info@belgravevillage.org or
- post it to 68 Parkes Avenue
Membership also requires payment of a subscription fee of £20/property/year as set out at IGM 2025*. This is due on 15th January each year. Please make payments by bank transfer using the following details:

- Ref: First line of your property address
As discussed at the IGM, we strongly encourage members to set up a Direct Debit for the yearly subscription. Also please do keep in mind to write the reference so we can identify the payment. Thank you for your support and participation in the RA!
If you are unable to attend RA meetings, you can delegate your voting rights to a third party (eg property manager, estate agent etc.) through the Proxy Form below, again sent by post to 68 Parkes Avenue or emailed to info@belgravevillage.org:

The annual subscription fee shall be fixed at Annual General Meetings (AGMs). See section 8. of the Constitution for more details.
